Returns/Refunds

Misterfashionstudio.com offers a customer-friendly free return policy that allows for returns within a 10-day window following the delivery of your items. To initiate a return, customers must notify the studio no later than 10 days after the item is marked as delivered by the carrier. To qualify for a full refund or a replacement, it is essential that all original tags remain attached and undamaged; any removal or damage to the tags will result in the return being declined. Additionally, the garment must be in new/unused condition, free from any signs of wear, damage, chewed by pets or odors (including perfumes). All accompanying items, such as dust bags, accessory bags, cards, gifts or any other accessory must also be returned in good condition to meet the return criteria. Garments or accessories with fastener (hook and loop) damage will not be accepted.  As our products are limited edition, the custom packaging and accompanying items are essential for the return process.  It is your responsibility to make sure the fasteners (hook and loop) is closed at all times or when putting garment away. The rough pointy parts of the fasteners (hook) may damage what ever fabric it rubs against or attaches to. All garments with fasteners (hook and loop) are always shipped closed to avoid this issue. In the event that your item arrives damaged, please notify our studio within 24 hours to initiate the return process. A refund or replacement will be issued when Mister Fashion Studio has received the goods and have been inspected. Mister Fashion Studio does NOT charge any restocking fees and we do not offer Final Sale Items. All refunds will be processed on our end withing 24-48 hours of receiving goods. Please allow up to 7 business days after refund has been initiated to show up in your account.
