Misterfashionstudio.com offers a customer-friendly return policy that allows for returns within a 10-day window following the delivery of your items. To initiate a return, customers must notify the studio no later than 10 days after the item is marked as delivered by the carrier. To qualify for a full refund or a replacement, it is essential that all original tags remain attached and undamaged; any removal or damage to the tags will result in the return being declined. Additionally, the dress must be in pristine condition, free from any signs of wear, damage, or odors. All accompanying items, such as dust bags, accessory bags, cards, gifts or any other accessory must also be returned in good condition to meet the return criteria. Garments or accessories with velcro damage will not be accepted. It is your responsibility to make sure the velcro is closed at all times or when putting dress away. The rough pointy side of velcro may damage what ever fabric it rubs against. All garments with velcro are always shipped closed to avoid this issue. In the event that your item arrives damaged, please notify our studio within 24 hours to initiate the return process. To qualify for a refund or replacement, all damaged items must be returned along with their original packaging, dust bags, accessory bags, cards, and any gifts included. As our products are limited edition, the custom packaging and accompanying items are essential for the return process. A refund or replacement wont be issued until Mister Fashion Studio has received the goods and have been inspected. Should you change your mind about your purchase, it is important to reach out within the specified 10-day period to communicate your decision, and all returns are free. Mister Fashion Studio does NOT charge any restocking fees and we do not offer Final Sale Items. All refunds will be processed on our end withing 48-72 hours of receiving goods. Please allow up to 7 business days after refund has been initiated to show up in your account.
